This is a NutCracker style Jack Sparrow figure. I made a little baldric and hat brim from scrap leather.
The sword hilt should be printed flat and you can dip the knuckle guard in hot water and bend it into shape to save on support material.
I print in Wood PLA from MatterHackers with a 25% infill, 3 base layers, 4 top layers and 3 perimeters.
The parts are made to be held together using bamboo skewers. Please ask any questions you need if you'd like help.
