Stylish, but simple medieval bastard sword. Total length is 1355 mm, blade length is one meter. Insert two 4x1000 mm carbon fibre bars (or simillar) for better rigidity and hardness.
No supports needed. Use brim. Insert carbon bars into blade and glue it. Measure how much of the bars you need to cut to fit into the hilt. Use remaining pieces of carbon fibre bar to reinforce hilt and pommel, and, optionally, the hilt.
