It appears to be a real problem to find a case for a Z87.1 / safety or shooting glasses with side shields. Such glasses usually are 7.5 inches wide folded while most, event the XL-side cases are 7 inches wide maximum. This design is made for my own prescription safety glasses in ArmouRX 5004 frame with side shields that I use while I am working with my lathe and mill machines. Recommended material is PC. Recommended infill is 50% or more if you want to the case to be impact resistant, i.e. survive in a range bag.
