I created this wire grommet for our house where we are using some old industrial switches. It creates a nice clean connection between the wire and where it enters the house. I used it on the outside of the house but if you wish it would work on the inside also.We purchased some similar design ones in porcelain for inside.
I printed with supports to get a clean finish on the part which is visible outside the wall, it should be a very simple print with supports.
- 90% infill for strength
- 0.15mm layer height
- Printed in ABS, but it will print even better in PLA or PET
