You could also try polysmooth from polymaker. After you print the vase you will put it in a container where you haverubbing alcohol

First you need print slow enough that the layer bevore is cool enough. Also need single wall which can be 2* the nozzle. In my case 0.4 nozzle but 0.8 wall. With spiral option in cura it will press simply more out of the nozzle. I think, allows more pressure to the lower layer and give a better connection. Also the temperature is better a bit higher. Not to mutch to not melt the lower layer an let him deform. good luck
