I’ll make a 3D bas-relief based on your photo.
It can be cut out using an ordinary 3-axis CNC router.
The ratio of the height to the smaller size of the model is usually 1:20 and never exceeds 1:15.
I have experience with the CNC router, so I understand all the difficulties in creating reliefs.
I take into account all the nuances during the modeling so that your product looks good with any thickness of the material and does not cause difficulties in the implementation.
