This Model Rocket soars High at over 1800 ft (with C6-5 Engine) 

Assemble all fins on the rocket 120 degrees apart on 1 fuselage (double stacked 2 inches apart)

a plastic straw glued to the fuselage in the middle would work as a launch lug 

assemble with a shock cord as a parachute cord 

Use a plastic bag with strings attached for a parachute
