Needed a way to mount my new graphical LCD display on my reprap printer. I borrowed  a design in the reprap folder and widened the supports to suit and added the lower support structure. First version used 8m filament this one uses 5m and is much lighter. The blocks at on each end are to try and prevent the bending that occurs on long objects on my hotbed (I haven't got a solution to this yet).   Cut these off after printing. It is a tight fit so you may need to use a file on the slots. Printed with 0.3mm nozzle at 0.2 layer, but you could use a 0.4 nozzle for the same result. Have also made overlap of filament at 17% instead of 15%

Solution now  found - turn off the on board cooling fan.
