I have created this part so that the factory navigation lights can be removed. This acts as a dummy plate providing a nice look using the existing hardware (old bolts and hole locations). I designed it with a hook so that you don't have to drop the existing navigation power cables. It is optional. I just did not want to have to fish for the cables.
