screw onto your 777 or Pyrodex bottle make sure not to be in the open position. upend onto cylinder , and make sure there is no play as the bottom of the cylinder is providing the bottom valve. open then close to allow a measure of powder remove and allow powder to fall into cylinder. visually check all cylinders have powder. load as normal.
