Kylo Ren's TIE Whisper designed from scratch based off of screenshots before the Rise of Skywalker was released. Designed using AutoCAD and Fusion 360 and printed at 120% scale of the files. FDM printer was used for the print seen in the pictures and utilized the files of the disassembled version of the "FULL" file.
For FDM printers:
Use the split files with an FDM printer for best reliability and print each part with the flat side against the bed. DO NOT use a raft or a brim because it will interfere with the fitment of pieces against each-other. Use gorilla or super glue to assemble and sand if needed. Print in .1mm layer height and .5 density hexagonal infill. Have supports enabled just in case.
For SLA Printers:
Use file TIE Whisper FULL.stl and you should be good.
