Initial Aero Plate design for Nissan Leaf 17x6.5" alloy "split spoke" wheels.
My settings: 0.30mm layer thickness
IMPORTANT: 0.85mm or even 0.90mm line width (a.k.a "extrusion width" in some slicers). This width results in excellent inter-layer strength, with a part that is exactly two layers thick.
