This is my take on the heavy duty surgical mask band 'ear saver' device.
The center has been cut out and fillets added to the 'hooks' to make them stronger.
Design changes were made with printing in mind to minimize hard corners in order to decrease print time. Result is about 8 minute faster print time compared to the original popular mask band. print at 90% size for a more flexible band. We have printed over 200 of these for donations to local nurses.
