A clip I designed in SketchUp to be screwed with two simple holes to the flip-up parcel shelf in the rear of most hatchback cars, crossovers and SUVs. The 'teeth' clip over the edge of a parcel shelf and one simple screw passes through the parcel shelf and into a plastic 'nut' to cover the pointy end of the screw (I used wood screws).

Should work on most vehicles with a rear parcel shelf and can be slightly modified to fit, if need be!

I use mine in my 2009 Hynudai Accent hatchback to give the snow brush a nice safe place up and out of my way in the trunk area...it ensures I always have my snow brush in winter weather, but it's not taking up any needed space on the interior or trunk floor and is up occupying space I wouldn't otherwise be using. It also makes the interior look neater and cleaner by hiding the brush up out of site until you need it....access is as simple as flipping up the parcel shelf and unclipping it, clearing off your car, and snapping it back into the holders. It also keeps the brush up and out of the way in the spring/summer/fall months when you don't need it! Enjoy, and I hope you find it as useful as mine has been! :)
