I can't believe I did it, but here is a working lens adapter for Canon FD lenses. Fits GuerillaBeam projectors (with the ability to focus to infinity).

Because the FD mount mechanism demand that the part is very thin, it is not as robust as the other GuerillaBeam lens adapters
