This cap is easy to print. I used normal settings for my Prusa i3 with automaticaly generated support for the tabs "wings"

Spring donor was some ball point pen.
Put all things together and carefully glue down the lid.
Edit:
V2 file is modified version with 1mm lower rim and some extra space for bigger diameter spring.
