Summary
I wanted something that I could hang my laptop backpack onto my cubicle wall with. I worried that a narrow hook would stretch out the handle, so this is what I came up with.

Notes
Cubicle walls vary, so you'll probably want to change the depth of the top portion accordingly. In my case, I still missed the target and used part of a failed print to fill in the gap, maybe a few mm. For that matter, I kind of feel like I should have gone with something a touch wider, I still feel like the handle will stretch a bit. I printed this using PLA with a 30% infill because I wanted it to be sturdy. I normally hang my backpack without the laptop inside, but I didn't want to feel like I had to be careful with it.
How I Designed This
I took the cubicle hook here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... and widened it, split it up a couple of ways, and added a cylinder that I stretched out to be the same width. There was a lot more reshaping/repairing involved using Meshmixer and Windows 3D Builder.
