This item provides two shapes, round and square to download.Round headlights are diagonally downward by 5 degrees, while square headlights are horizontal.Use ordinary 5mm LED and fix it with a small cover. Need to use M2 * 6 and M3 * 8 screws.
About printing:
FDM printer can successfully print with 0.4mm nozzle. Because the front lens is designed to be very thin, it can transmit light even if FDM cannot print completely transparently.It is recommended to print at least 0.1mm /layer.
Only round headlights need printing support. You can also print upside down if necessary, but there will be more shrinkage.These 6 parts are stored separately and can be arranged and printed by themselves.
Regarding the reflector:
In addition to painting, you can also use kitchen aluminum paper, which is very effective.
