Print in a TPU like Ninjaflex or similar, 0.3mm layer height, 20% cubic infill and clean up with razor blade, scissors before attaching with a flexible superglue to rear and sides of your inflatable SUP. Be sure to do a test placement and mark out the corners first. Use a straight edge or book etc to check the best position for each wedge. These are refined from the one in my picture.
