Print to max 0.2mm height for 0.4mm nozzle, min 3 layers walls, 6 top, bottom layers, minimum 20% cubic infill.
TPU or Ninjaflex is better but needs to be superglued. PLA, PETg or ABS for double sided tape. I put as big a hollow in the middle as possible that wouldn't give overhang problems. Rounded edge to front of board. Check your ballance point with a tie down strap around the board and your foil fixed on first.
