this angry mouth try to rip the rope by his teeth. it bites the construction and seems to want broken every thing, I try to put two stones on the teeth in this way it can be more attractive. of course if you don't like it I can send you the one with out hole and prongs. it designed for 21 mm diameter finger size, but you can rescale it to what ever you need. you can also order your inside feeling to convert it to valuable object.
