I made this soap dispenser mechanism from the real one, all the dimensions are accurate same as the manufactured pieces, it's a high poly model with high details, it's printable, but it doesn't work probably, because the dimension is set for injection molded pieces and some surfaces has low thickness and also the gap is technically design for the specific material. I exported many formats from this mechanism you, the original file made in Solidworks if you need original file or separate pieces file, or any other order just contact me.
