Summary
Added a retainer screw hole under the single linear bearing support. Now there is a retaining screw hole on both sides. Otherwise it is a duplicate of the UP3 file.
Instructions
Make sure you either have new shaft supports or are very careful with the supports you have since they are very easy to break.
