wall E Robot
$44.34

This is Wall-E, a robot I designed for laser cutting. It’s made from 2.7 mm MDF. I created some tight cuts close to 2.7 mm to firmly hold the structure together. In this edition, I replaced the old treads with 3D-printed TPU material, which works really well. However, a schematic tread is still included in the 3D files.

All parts can be cut from an A3-sized sheet. After cutting, simply refer to the 3D model for assembly. Just make sure to install the motors and ultrasonic sensor before assembling the parts, ensuring they are positioned correctly.

For the treads, fit them around the front and back wheels first, then adjust them around the middle wheel.

Important Notes: You need to use the following components:

T-Pro Mini Servo SG90 9G Servo Motor and gearbox W1:220, 50 RPM Ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 You can refer to the images for the dimensions of these components.

Parts list:

3 servo motors 2 gearbox motors 1 ultrasonic sensor 6 screws (M4, 45 mm height) for the wheels 4 screws (M3, 35 mm height) for the gearbox motors

Let me know if you need any changes or would like to customize your own robot.
