This is an electronics plate I designed to hold a KK 2.1 flight controller (in hard plastic case) and a FlySky receiver on my Neewer F450 quadcopter frame. The Neewer F450 has additional holes in the top plate which this mounts to, so I'm not sure this will work on F450 clones from other brands unless you want to drill new holes to match this part. Mount with four M3x8 socket cap screws (the same type the frame comes with to mount the arms) and matching M3 nuts.
