Case for Step Down Module (B3603)
Free

Remix case for the B3603 Step down/regulator like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/252121912140 . Added vents because module gets quite warm when driven above 1.75 amps. Modified for Banana plugs on the output. Added barrel connector for input. All I had was a PCB barrel connector, so I created a small mountable PCB for the connector (eagle file attached). Added a kickstand for better ergonomics. Lid is friction fit. All screws are 3mm. The fine pitch screws used in PCs work well.Print Settings: Printer: MendelMax 1.5Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Case - PLA .2 Lid ABS .15 Infill: 20% Notes: I printed the case in PLA, but the lid was printed in ABS because it is right above a heat sink. I used 3mm filament for the buttons the trick is to cut it to length, insert it into the holes and then heat each end of the filament to "Mushroom" them thereby allowing them to be retained.
