SummaryThis is a mount that I came up with to mount my E3D V6 Hot ends. I needed something that would allow me to adjust the elevation of each hotend relative to each other to make sure that I have the nozzle tips the same distance off the bed. You will need to print two of the clamps. The body is one file but contains two parts split with a 0.2mm gap. STEP files are also uploaded for easy modifications.
Hardware:
6x #6-32 Square nuts
2x #6-32 SHCS Screws x 0.75"
2x #6-32 SHCS Screws x 1.0"
7x M4 Screws x (However long you need them to mount) Used for mounting to bracket
2x Dowel Pin M1.5 x 12mm (or print the one supplied in PLA)Print SettingsPrinter: ORD Bot HadronRafts: Doesn't MatterSupports: YesResolution: 0.1Infill: 50%Notes: I printed mine with 50% infill and a solid layer every 20 layers for added strength. I also printed with 5 top and bottom layers and 5 perimeter layers.
I used the Concentric external fill pattern to get a nice smooth top and bottom surface finish.
