This model is from a scan of the "Chiquita Banana" sculpture by American pop artist Mel Ramos.
The source model came from 123dapp.com which is now closed. The model was scanned and uploaded by user bolsoncerrado under the name "Banana Splitz". The original link was:

The model was heavily edited in Meshmixer to clean up scanning arifacts and add detail for printing. The model in the photos was printed in yellow PLA at 0.15mm layer height and painted with gloss acrylic.
