Summary Made this as vibration dampening for controller card. Its just a couple of "cups" with a hole for an M3 screw and a yellow ear protection foam cut at desired length. They are glued together with epoxy so the screw doesn't turn and the foam stays in the cup. One of the cups have a raised boss on the screw side since some boards have surface mounted components soldered near the mounting holes. Works like a charm.
