In all honesty, a bit of Dremel tool work and patience was required to get the cable connections to seat properly and to expose the reset button to the housing's exterior via a simple cone, but it has replaced my first 2 attempts at a housing and has been making me happy for a couple of months. I printed it upside-down with no supports in ABS and used a knob I had laying around for the D-type shaft (lots of printable D-type knobs out there). If you have an i3-style printer and this controller, it might save you some of my head-scratching. If you have this controller and another printer type, the .scad file is poorly commented but could get you started on a housing that works for you.
