A small roller (wheel) for a plastic storage tub, the kind that go under beds or in closets handily. The original factory injection molded part is to the left, the 3D printed part to the right in the picture.
Prints as two parts that glue together. Prints in two parts, so requires gluing together and probably sanding of the seam.
Post-Printing Sand the bottom to give it a key, glue pieces together (a thin quick-set CA glue worked well for me on PLA). Sand the finished rolling surface to ensure there are no sharp edges due to missalignment or part warpage. Designed on SketchUp: drawing a few circles and using push/pull. ;)
