This is an obscure but very useful part if you are looking to replace Delta brand plastic crystal bathtub faucet handles. This adapter will attach snuggly to a PricePfister metal faucet handle to allow attachment to a Delta faucet stem. It will probably fit some others, but the spacing was designed for Price-Pfister handles available at home supply stores. (The 1c version provides 1mm higher clearance for the faucet knob above the deck.)
