





Stock standard replacement levers usually cost $70 Aud apparently (or so says the maintenance guy at work who seems very happy to have cheap replacements).
Printed on an Ultimaker 2 Extended + | 0.4mm Nozzle | Sliced with Cura slicing software
Update 12 January 2018: model now solid (no multiple shells) due to some slicing software not being able to handle multiple shells.
Print settings:
Pre-Modeled Custom Supports (turn off supports in your slicing software)
Layer Height: 0.1 mm
Print speed: 50mm/s - Top/Bottom Speed 20mm/s - Travel Speed 120mm/s - Initial Layer Speed 20mm/s
In-Fill Density : 75% - In-Fill Pattern : Lines
Build Plate Temp: 60Deg/C | printed in ColorFabb PLA / PLH @212Deg/C.
Bed/Platform Adhesion dependent on material :
- PLA = Print on clean glass no added adhesives.
- Other Materials = ? Haven't had time to practice/experiment printing w/other materials.
Boolean Operands were employed in the creation of this model.
