Summary This is a modified spool holder support for a ZoneStar D810 delta printer. It replaces the original support to change the angle of the spool from 30 degrees to 60 degrees, to reduce the friction between spool and holder. Many thanks to the ZoneStar people who shared their design file with me which made it much easier to create this. [16 Aug]: Turns out this is not so good. The steeper angle means that the spool is no longer well-aligned with the extruder, so the filament is pulled across the spool and jams :( [27 Aug]: V2 added. This moves the spool closer to the extruder. Use M3 x 20mm screws to attach. Print Settings Printer: ZoneStar D810 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Notes: Print 2 copies. Post-Printing May need a little cutting and sanding to get the lugs to fit into the top of the printer.
