i printed it at a layer height of 0.18mm with support only touching the build plate on a 0.3mm raft. setting i would say do whatever your printer can handle at its best. print temp for me was 240C and bed temp was 110C. my print speed was set to 80mm/s and the inner ans outer wall speeds were set to 60mm/s. travel speed always set to 100mm/s
