Summary
I decided to replace the standard nuts securing the table to the nut with nylon. A wrench is not very convenient to twist it, so I decided to do such a thing.
The groove on the M3 nut I did a little less, heat it and press-fit inside. That she was sitting firmly.

Added version 1.1, in it the thickness of the top wall is reduced. On standard bolts, I found the nut is not screwed enough on the bolt, with the new modification much better.
