print setting: tested on an i3 with a 0.4mm nozzle. Imperative first layer at 0.3mm layer height 0.2 mm for large pieces. 0.1 or 0.15 mm for small parts. No support needed. 15% filling if necessary. 0% on the thin walls. Thickness of edges for thin pieces at 0.4mm (one nozzle passage) edge thickness for other parts at 0.8 or 1.2 mm Assembly: Bonding will make PVC glue in small amount (risk of deformation of parts if too much glue)
