3D PRINTING PARAMETERS requires a good knowledge of his printer. print preferably all the parts on the same printer in order to have a better conservation of dimensions. Some pieces may require 5 to 6 hours of printing The modeling was tested on an i3 with a 0.4mm nozzle. Imperative first layer at 0.3mm and must be even on the entire printing surface (desired autoleveling) layer height 0.2 mm for large pieces. 0.1 or 0.15 mm for small parts. No support needed. 15% filling if necessary. 0% on the thin walls. Brim imperative on the thin walls. Thickness of edges for thin pieces at 0.4mm (one nozzle passage) edge thickness for other parts at 0.8 or 1.2 mm.
for grid fin spoiler, print with 0.8mm thick walls. do not print the background or the top. filling with 40% square
grid pattern and oriented at 45 °.
