As a designer my work is mostly functional in nature. I look for opportunities to create solutions to my everyday life through 3D design and printing. I also support 3D printing in education, having purchased and built several for my home. As the personal PC became instrumental for myself to learn at a young age I feel my kids, and all kids, need to learn 3D design and 3D printing. Having those tools around as a matter-of-fact is instrumental to that deep understanding.
